Research

Our research focuses on understanding and improving the process of design to facilitate the creation of new products and technologies. We combine advanced analytical methods, using residential, commercial, and in-house tools, with sub-scale and full-scale experimental capabilities to optimize innovative products and systems.

Design

The engineering design process is a series of steps that guides us as we use scientific principles to design Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems of a building. The design process can be iterative, meaning that we repeat the steps as many times as needed, making improvements along the way as we uncover new design possibilities to arrive at great solutions.

Minimal

We optimize the design process and reduce costs without compromising quality. Our objective is to see that the system is designed, built, and can be operated so that it accomplishes its purpose safely in the most cost-effective way possible considering performance, cost, schedule, and risk.
